Luby's Management in Training Program is a comprehensive, ten-week regional training program conducted in Houston, Dallas / Ft. Worth or San Antonio. To become eligible for consideration in the program, a candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: Previous restaurant experience Be at least 21 years of age Provide proof of ability to work unrestricted in the U.S. without sponsorship Four-year college degree (preferred) Have a current valid driver’s license Have independent non-public reliable transportation Ability to work without schedule restrictions Pathway to restaurant general manager has three steps.
