Salary
The goal of our philosophy is threefold:
Manager in Training/Assistant Manager:
Competitive salary based on skills, experience, and education. Regular performance evaluations provide potential for merit increases.

Associate Manager/General Manager: As the top members of restaurant management, Associates and GMʼs are rewarded based on how their restaurants perform financially. Salary is then supplemented by a payout based on the restaurantʼs controllable profit margin.
