Our full-time, paid management training program reflects our passion for food knowledge through classroom training as well as hands-on experience that focuses on: Preparation Cost Purchasing Merchandising Handling The made-from-scratch food we serve is the foundation of everything we do at Luby’s, so learning these basic skills and processes is an important first step in the Luby’s learning process.
