Currently, the Chairman of the Board is serving as the presiding independent director of the Luby’s Board of Directors. He presides over the executive sessions of the nonmanagement directors and will act as an intermediary between the nonmanagement directors and management of the company when special circumstances exist or communication out of the ordinary course is necessary.
